For review by lawyer. This is a draft that describes what EaglesEntry does today. It is published so the structure and wording can be reviewed; it is not yet approved by counsel. Notes marked “For review by lawyer” show where counsel’s input decides the text.
For review by lawyer. Canada edition. A Canada supplement to the Privacy Policy and User Agreement applies, including local data-transfer notices and your complaint route. Read the country supplement
For California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).
1. We don’t sell or share your personal information
EaglesEntry doesn’t sell your personal information and doesn’t share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We don’t use advertising cookies. Because of that there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” choice to make; this page is where it would be.
For review by lawyer: confirm there is no “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA definitions once every provider contract is reviewed, and whether a Global Privacy Control signal must still be honoured.
2. Your rights
- To know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to get a copy.
- To delete it, with the exceptions the law allows (for example applications kept as records).
- To correct inaccurate information.
- To limit the use of sensitive personal information; we use it only to run the service.
- Not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
3. How to exercise them
Use Settings & privacy › Data privacy to see, change and delete your data, or send a request through the contact form. We verify requests through the email on your account and answer within 45 days. An authorised agent may act for you with your written permission.
For review by lawyer: insert the toll-free number or confirm an online-only business exemption, and complete the categories-of-information table required by the regulations.
