Request to join a company page

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Before you begin

  • Use your work email (for example you@yourcompany.com). Personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook can’t open a recruiter account.
  • Your email’s domain must match your company’s website. The page admins can add other domains the company uses.
  • Recruiter accounts are separate from job-seeker accounts.

To request access

  1. Go to Request recruiter access and sign in with your work email.
  2. Enter your title, the company name and website, and say whether you post jobs or lead hiring (and should run the page).
  3. If nobody runs the company’s page yet, you become its page admin at once (provisionally for 14 days) and land in the dashboard. If the page already has admins, they get an email and decide in their dashboard (Company page › Members).
  4. Under the default join policy, a request nobody answers in 7 days is approved as a recruiter if a seat is free; a reminder goes to the admins on day 5. Some companies choose “auto” (you join at once) or “strict” (only an admin can decide).
  5. You’re emailed as soon as you’re in. Until then your account shows a holding page that tells you which rule applies and by when.
Note: Requesting access shows the page admins your name, title and work email. EaglesEntry never adds anyone to a page: the only request EaglesEntry looks at is a company registered under a name another company page already uses with a different website. See who manages a company page.
